Who is responsible for your information

I am Vadim Blagoveshchenskii, a wedding photographer and videographer based in Montenegro, operating photoblag.ru.

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

- Email: photoblag@gmail.com

- WhatsApp: +382 67 453 367

Information covered by this notice

This notice covers information you provide when making a photography or video enquiry through Facebook or Instagram lead forms, photoblag.ru, WhatsApp or email, and information collected about visits to photoblag.ru.

An enquiry may contain your name, phone number, optional email address, planned wedding date or month, town or venue, requested coverage, and information you choose to include in our correspondence.

Meta may offer to fill in contact fields from your profile. Please check those fields before sending a form. When phone verification is enabled, Meta handles the verification step.

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or require you to purchase a service. Contact details and information about your plans are needed to respond meaningfully; email is optional in the lead form.

How I use enquiry information

I use your information to respond, check date availability, discuss the coverage you need, prepare a personal quote and follow up on your enquiry. I may contact you by WhatsApp, telephone or email using the details you provide.

Where GDPR rules apply, responding to a request for a quote or booking arrangements relies on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Managing correspondence and protecting business records may rely on legitimate interests in running the photography business, subject to your interests and rights. A separate consent basis is needed where applicable for optional tracking or marketing; sending an enquiry is not blanket consent for those activities.

Access and service providers

I personally receive and handle enquiries. No other person receives the enquiries as part of my current enquiry-handling workflow.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are Meta services used for forms and communication. Email providers process correspondence, and Wfolio hosts the website. Their involvement means I cannot describe the information as being handled only by me.

Website measurement

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are configured on photoblag.ru to understand website use and advertising responses. They may collect device/browser information, identifiers, referral information and events such as page visits or clicks on the WhatsApp button. A recorded WhatsApp click does not confirm that a message was sent.

The providers' own privacy information is available from Google and Meta. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Browser controls may affect website functionality and do not necessarily remove previously collected information.

Where information is handled

I handle enquiries in Montenegro. When you enquire from the UK or EEA, your details may therefore be received outside that region. Service providers may also process information in other countries.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence remains in the communication services I use. Automatic deletion of those records is not currently configured.

For booked work, necessary contract, payment and correspondence records may need to be kept longer for delivering the service, resolving disputes and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Providers may retain information under their own policies. Deleting my copy does not necessarily delete platform records or copies retained by the person who contacted me.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access or correct your information, or request its deletion. Where applicable, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive certain information in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting me using the details above. I will consider your request under the rules that apply. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

I may need to confirm your identity. Some records may have to be retained despite a request, for example where required by law.

If you are dissatisfied with how your information is handled, you may contact the relevant data protection authority. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Changes

I will update this notice when the handling of information changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
